Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. INPALE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn and in original condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- If an item is defective or damaged, we will cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement
